An innovative initiative from MACstrong Total Fitness for Business is the result of our personal and professional experiences over the years, combining research rigour with practical experience. We address the sustainability and performance of individuals through improving their business fitness, a combined class- and field-based training leadership programme that aims to produce fit bodies, minds, and spirits – fit to function and fit to excel, where functionality isn’t compromised and excellence is sustained. Leaders diffuse this competence and learn how to improve the business fitness, and therefore productivity and performance, of the personnel who they direct, maximising motivation and exploiting collective intelligence to the max. The Total Fitness for Business program delivers less senior manager burn-out, consistent, high level performance, reduction in abseentism and sickness for the wider workforce, and higher productivity, motivation, creativity and innovation.
We provide a series of services or delivery mechanisms for the program, from introductory lectures to workshops and residential weekends in Girona, Spain. This is complemented by conventional in-company and remote research and consultancy services, as well as a special interest community of managers.
The program is directed by MACstrong founding partner Steven MacGregor and is delivered and supported by a large experienced team of experts, among whom the following form the core advisory board.
